FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Beyond Sculpting technique vs traditional fat transfer
At Beyond Sculpting, our system has been perfected to increase the harvesting aspect of the fat and reduce the infection rate for better success of fat transfer. To improve the harvesting of the fat, the liposuction process needs to be gentle and fat suctioned as a whole.
This gentle process preserves the fat and is ready to be transferred and it is as natural as it can get. We also use a closed system, where the fat is suctioned into a canister, and directly transferred back to the desired area without manipulation or third party devices to prepare it. This gives you the maximum ability to harvest the fat and for its longevity.
Things to know
What is the difference between the fat transfer technique performed at Beyond Sculpting and traditional breast augmentation or other fat transfer?
Traditional liposuction, due to its harsh technique, tends to tear, rip or damage the fat which decreases the fat viability. Also usually, doctors use nurses to handle and centrifuge the fat to be injected with a syringe which increases the infection rate by many folds. These are some of the reasons our technology is by far the best due to direct transfer of the fat to the desired area which increases the viability of the harvested fat.
Laser Lipo or any form of heat to melt the fat and than liposuctioning it will have a very poor fat transfer viability. This is due to the fact that once the fat is lasered or melted, it is not longer viable for fat transfer. Be aware of clinics that use any form of heat (vasor lipo or ultrasound guided liposuction).
Our technique re-inserts your own natural fat back into the body rather than inserting saline bags/silicone. Therefore, no future surgeries are required to maintain results.
01
Traditional Breast Implants:
Traditional Breast implantation procedures are often performed by creating large, several-inch long incisions at the treatment sites before inserting foreign material into the breasts. Due to the pain, general anesthetic is always required, which presents risk. Traditional breast implants should be surgically maintained every ten years per the FDA. Overall risks associated include anesthetic toxicity, encapsulation, tissue damage, nerve damage, cancer detection, and severe scarring.

Traditional Buttocks Implants:
Traditional Buttock implantation procedures are often performed by creating large, several-inch long incisions at the treatment sites before inserting foreign material into the buttocks. Due to the pain, general anesthetic is always required, which presents risk. Overall risks associated include anesthetic toxicity, tissue damage and severe scarring.
